The "Jianfeng Moment" competition originated from the renowned Nordic business simulation contest PEAK TIME and was officially renamed CESIM ELITE in 2021, aiming to enable students to address real-world business development challenges through simulated market competition. The event attracted 2,000 teams from 170 universities nationwide. After rigorous rounds of preliminary and semi-final selections, only 40 undergraduate teams advanced to the finals. The finals focused on cutting-edge topics in global automotive supply chain strategies and comprehensively assessed participants' decision-making, innovation, collaboration, and professional application skills through three components: simulation exercises, business presentations, and English team introductions. The "Good Thinking Team" earned high praise from judges for its solid expertise, seamless teamwork, and innovative solutions built upon classroom models.

Xie Siyu said that it was a great honor for her to have won the national first prize. From the strategic vision to the details of decision-making, the contributions of her supervisor Ms. Li Mengyi, Assistant Instructor of Department of Management, and teammates were indispensable. Through joint efforts and seamless collaboration, they successfully accomplished this challenge that was once deemed utterly unattainable.
She was grateful for the college's openness and support. This competition allowed her to truly apply the theoretical knowledge she has learned in class to practice. It not only honed her data analysis and strategic thinking skills but also gave her a deeper appreciation for the power of teamwork. This honor is both an affirmation of her past efforts and a driving force for her future endeavors. She will continue to maintain her curiosity and spirit of exploration, constantly improving herself through learning and practice.
