Contemporary society has structurally eroded individuals’ sense of identity, causing people to live more as “imitators” than as authentic beings. The social anxieties surrounding love, work, and self-worth that deffne our era are trapping modern people in a state of being “human-like but not truly human,” as if their existence were based on a ffawed instruction manual. This project adopts the form of “pseudo-science” to critique contemporary society’s overreliance on fragmented texts, psychology books, and personality labeling systems to explain their own existence.
